1. Returns
We offer returns on products that are defective or incorrect within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item.
2. Refunds
Refunds are available only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was delivered. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed in cash. The refund will be provided once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refund requests should be made within 7 days of receiving your order. If a refund is approved, we will arrange a suitable time to process the refund in cash.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been used or tampered with. Products that are not in their original condition, or products that are returned after the 7-day period, are not eligible for a return or refund.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is approved, the customer will bear the cost of returning the product to us.
